Since the middle of the 18th century it has not stopped producing oil, except for a brief season at the end of the 20th century. In 1998 they decided to retake the spirit of the old trujal and with a new plantation of 85,000 Arbequina trees they recovered the name that still retains the strength and charisma of yesteryear. Currently they make Ecological Oil from their more than 200,000 trees of 12 different varieties of olives.
